today will be a good day. This is a must if I want to see a good workout.

Day 166

Didn’t eat all day until like 5 or 5:30 this afternoon. I then ate at Mcdonalds. I had a Quarter pounder with cheese and fries and a chocolate milk. I now just had a 1/4 cup of Almonds plain no salt. and a powerade. And this will be all till tomorrow. Then I will have a bowl of oatmeal with some just egg whites with a green tea. Did my day 4 of my cardio program I am following and did lots and lots and lots of walking today. we were out from just after 3 until 7:30pm and most of it done by walking. Alright gotta go put dishes on and do some cleaning. My son’s birthday party is on Sunday and I work tomorrow 12 - 6.

Day 165 Week 23

OK the last two days have been crap I am back on track tomorrow. I feel completely awe full and gross. no more. that’s all just wanted to post this so I can remind myself of how I felt so I don’t do it again.

Day 164

messed up. I ate almost a whole pizza to my self. can we say pig. starting fresh tomorrow although still no junk food like chips or chocolate since Friday. at I did one thing right oh and I worked out twice today and walked twice in the heat. will repeat tomorrow.

Day 162

Today has been a better day. I went for a 30 minute walk in the heat and sweeting by the time I got home even though we weren’t really walking all that fast. Supposed to be hot all week. Summer is offically here on June 21/09 So am working on being good till them. That’s my son’s birthday party he tunrs a yr on Friday hard to believe not a lot to say just wanted to update to let you all know that I am still doing good. Working on family photo’s uploading them to shutter fly and it’s taking for ever. I have a third load of dishes on in the dish washer. thank god they are done. Need to clean clean clea for Sunday. Actually having people over. Yay.

Day 161 Week 22 Ends

So this ends week 22 of my diet. I am still in the 140’s and infact no longer at 140 I am at 143lbs. This stops now. I will be out of the 140’s but the end of this month. This is a must if I want to reach my goal weight of 135lbs by my birthday.

Back to exercising tonight I did good up until about an hour ago and this is what I consumed within a half hour to an hour

whole wheat english muffin

light cream cheese

special k bar

sweet and salty 100 calorie bar

2 ceese nips 100 calorie packs

yep within about  an hour nice huh. I had my last meal planned out and would have had 44 calories left for the day. Can we say pig Oh ya I wasn’t even hungry. Figure that one out.

welp enough of that for now not that any one is probably reading this any way.

and 1 small chunk of red onion and black pepper mixed in for taste

Ok so back to posting food intak on here. This helped me in the past so I know it will now. Breakfast was good this morning and am going to be starting my second bottle of water as soon as I type this out. I am going to also be updating threw out the day when ever I feel the need to eat something that isn’t on plan or if I just need to write about something this will keep me busy. It is almost 10 and it is 18 degrees out already we are in for another hot day, but that’s ok cause we have the air conditioner on. This will not be an excuse to not work out cause it’s too hot. It is really nice and cool in our apartment.

Next weekend is the end of the stretch challenge and I am mad at myself that I have yet to lose any thing. Stupid period. This week if I want to break even or even have a chance to lose any thing I have to be completely on plan and work out every day no matter what. No more messing this up. I am too close to my goal weight to gain any higher then I already am.

Day 160 Week 22

Got called into work today, they called around 11 this morning. I was being lazy and lounging on the couch while the baby played and watched cartoons. They wanted me there for noon but settled for 1 instead. I wasn’t showered or dress yet and needed to eat still. I just wasn’t hungry when I got up so waited until I was hungry to eat. Any way I worked from just after 1 until 8 and man were we busy we were having sales like you wouldn’t believe. 50% of yellow ticketed sales stuff and 40 % off of regular priced stuff. We do three day sales and then we have others that last a little longer plus we have our regular weekly sales as well. Any way, I work in the fashion section of our store ( Zellers it’s like Kamart) And man we were crazy busy can tell summer is around the coner cause all the women were trying on were bathing suits and summer stuff ( shorts capris and other summery stuff). It was crazy, half way threw my shift I started getting a head ache and now my head is pounding so I will be going to bed very soon. Any way when I work for some reason I tend to snack and not eat regular meals. but I didn’t snack on junk food which is what I normally do. I also managed to get my water in as well. which I am impressed.  I drank 2.5 bottles at work becaus it was crazy hot in there. And it was hot out side as well.

Tomorrow is weigh in and I am not sure what the out come will be. Figures are crossed it’s a good one but only time will tell welp gotta go and make the babies bottles and then let the doggy out and possibly go to bed.

Day 159 Week 22

Breakfast:

3/4 cup of special k vanilla and almond

1/2 cup of skim milk

1 apple granny smith

Snack:

whole wheat english muffin

1 tbsp of smooth peanut butter

granny smith apple

Lunch: garden salad with salad spritzer

beef and vegetable soup with 6 whole wheat crackers

Snack 1 contaier of cottge cheese ( the individual serving size)

apple

fibre 1 peanut butter bar

dinner 1 chicken weiner no bun

ketchup

brown rice

soya sauce

baby carrots

spray butter and pepper

oats and chocolate fibre 1 bar ( was craving chocolate and this works great)

Ok so far today has been good. Eating on my planned meals and this will stay that way. Have not worked out yet, back to updating regularly threw out the day because that really helped. I will work out  today and I am going for a walk today it is 22 degrees and it’s only not even 1 in the after noon.

I have also had 4 bottles of water at 591 mls ( 19.98 oz) I will drink two more before bed as I still have to work out. Which will be as soon as the little guy goes to bed.

Today has been good actually it has been great. And tomorrow will be the same. I am going to plan and work out around 9 or a little earlier depending on when the baby goes to sleep which shouldn’t take long cause he only slept for an hour this morning. I will be putting him down in half an hour roughly. It ended up getting to 25 degrees plus humidity. so felt more like 30 something. And more of the same threw out the week.

Day 157 and 158 Week 22

So I know I have been slack in updating lately. And I appoligize for that. I have been making you tube video daily and doing editing and such in them and get lost in watching you tube videos which I can never seem to get on top of. Must watch a pile of them tomorrow. I just did. my fourth food log video for the week. Including taking pictures of the bags of chips that I have eaten both yesterday and today. This stops now. I have no money and the store where we are aloud a tab is up to 12 dollars. so no more charging unless it’s for bus tickets. Didn’t work out yesterday or today. Got my period late Wed night like after midnight. And have been feeling pretty crap. Also tonight I ended up with a really bad headache. and just not feeling so hot. Back at it tomorrow and will now work out Sat and Sun to make up for the two days of rest during the week.

My three day mini challenge is over. But I am restarting it. As I haven’t done as well as I would like to have. Been tracking regular over on daily plate. both my food and exercise. If I can just stay on track with eating and exercise together then I will be happy. Alright that’s it for now I will be better at updating I promise.

Happy Friday. I would say TGIF but since I must work out there is no rest for me. Will be start week 23 on Monday hard to believe also will be at this for 160 days on Saturday with 41 pounds lost. not too bad if I don’t say so myself.
