Didn’t eat all day until like 5 or 5:30 this afternoon. I then ate at Mcdonalds. I had a Quarter pounder with cheese and fries and a chocolate milk. OK the last two days have been crap I am back on track tomorrow. I feel completely awe full and gross. no more. that’s all just wanted to post this so I can remind myself of how I felt so I don’t do it again.

Today has been a better day. I went for a 30 minute walk in the heat and sweeting by the time I got home even though we weren’t really walking all that fast. Supposed to be hot all week. So this ends week 22 of my diet. I am still in the 140’s and infact no longer at 140 I am at 143lbs. This stops now. I will be out of the 140’s but the end of this month. This is a must if I want to reach my goal weight of 135lbs by my birthday.
