drink all my watereat three meals and three snacks- stick to my calorie intake limit 2,074 as per daily plate
track all my food intake and take pictures if what I can when I can- work out
stick to my planned mealsupdate blog and websitemake a you tube video- no eating past 11 pm
get sleep

Think I may use this site more often. I like it. I like that you can post just pictures of do a text update. Angie
