Day 148 Week 21 

Food Intake 1/2 cup of eggs

Breakfast:

1 cup of black berries

22 ounces of water

Snack:

30 grams of mozzarella cheese

6 romaine lettuce

green onions

red onions

salad spritzer cesear with lemon

grape tomatoes

fresh mushrooms

1 cup of black berries

Lunch:

Jr. Bacon cheese Burger (Wendy’s)

value size french frie with ketchup salt and vinegar

value size fruitopia

Exercise

Walk between buses 45 - 50 minutes times 2

extra walking 1.5 hours

walk the dog 15 minutes

clean the appartment 20 - 25 minutes

Good day today, even with the fast food. I got the Jr servings instead of the full serving. Which is a good thing. Still within my calorie limit. I will update later when I have my other meals and  put the final count in. I am confident that this week will be a good week. It has too be. I am also trying not to weigh myself every day either. I am trying to hold off until my actual weigh in which is Sundays. So we will see if I can do it. Just catching up on the 28 day stretch challenge videos and then going to do my own update.

Seems like every one is doing well. So I need to get my butt in gear and fast. my goal weight for the challenge is 135lbs so I need to make sure I have a 1 - 2 pound loss per week. Any way not much else to say so I guess that’s it for now. Talk more tomorrow. Pictures of the foods I have taken are coming.
