Day 149 Week 21 No weigh in today

Goals

  1. drink my water
  2. no junk food
  3. track all my food and beverage intake
  4. update daily plate
  5. update blog and website as well as Joe’s Goals
  6. eat 2,074 calories
  7. eat 3 meals and 3 snacks
  8. make a you tube video
  9. get sleep ( in bed early as I have to work 8 hours tomorrow)
  10. no eating past 11 pm
  11. workout

Food for the day

Breakfast: 1/4 cup of egg whites

1 cup of fresh strawberries

30 grams of mozzarella cheese

1 cup of skim milk

Snack: chicken noodle soup cup of soup with 7 soda crackers

Today will be a good day. I need to be 100% for the rest of the week in order to have a good loss on Sunday. My main goal this week is to only weigh in on weigh in day imagine that huh? Will update as the day goes on check out picture to see my breakfast. It was soooo good.
