Day 150 Week 21
So I caved in this morning and weighed myself. I am glade that I did. I weighed 140 freaken pounds oh ya. I need to maintane this until Sunday’s weigh in. Which I know that I can do. Tonight I will work out when I get home. The last two days have been good eating still not perfect. But good enough. I will be working on that over the last of the week and from now on. Here’s what I have had so far today.
. I have to work this after noon at 12 until 8 tonight. So when I get home I will post my meals eaten at work. Which are already planned and packed and in the fridge ready to go. Will work out tonight when I get home. Whether it be P90X or something else it will get done. Now to go and track my food over on daily plate and to post pictures of what I have eaten so far.

Ya I suck got into it with my mother tonight been stressing over having to tell her she can’t come to her grandson’s birthday unless her and my dad are nice to my husband and show him some respect. long long story.
Any way gotta work at 10 tomorrow so gonna go to bed in about 15 or so minutes. Have a good one here’s hoping tomorrow is a better day.
