DAy 151 Week 21 Still 140

So I checked this morning cause I ate a few things off of plan yesterday. I had a little argument with my mother about something that happened easter weekend between my husband and my father. It mostly being my father’s doing. So needless to say I got a little upset by what she had said in return to what  I had said.But that being said. LOL have I lost you yet. With that being said. I have the little over eat actually not really an over eat. But more of just an eat what I want kind of day out of my system. It is now back on track time today. sorry no pictures the last few days.  That will start back up again tomorrow. It’s hard to take pictures when I am working. Cause I use my web cam for them. But I will take them when I can.

This is my third month with out any pop. I wish that I could say that about the junk food. It will get there I am sure. I just need to keep working on it. how do people do it. How do they give up the crap.I did it once before I can do it again I just need to get back to that mind frame and I will. I guess that’s it for now I will be back with more later on today. Am staying home today as my husband is not feeling to well. Am sure it’s nothing serious but he needs rest so I will be looking after my son.

So today ended up being a shit day.

It will be good from here on out. I have done lots of walking today and will do a workout tomorrow and go for a walk as well. We have to go out so we will be doing lots of walking.

I promise the rest of the day will be better.

not feeling so hot. not sure what’s going on I am sure that it is nothing. Baby’s in bed sleeping I am gonna grab another little bit to eat and then maybe go back to sleep. Glade I was off today.
