Day 153 Week 21 Day 1 of being back on track out of 16

16 days left till summer and I am going to aim to eat as clean as possible within those 16 days. What does that mean? well here are my rules:

1. No chips ,chocolate including chocolate bars, or candies
2. must track food and beverage intake on daily plate daily no matter what
3. Work out 4 days a week
4. Drink 66 ounces plus of water
5. Get in as much walking as possible
6. update blog and website daily
7. Eat within my calorie range of 1,305 calories daily
8. Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks every day no missing any meals
9.no eating past 11 pm
10. Get as much rest as possible

So that’s it for now. I will maybe add more to the list as I go along. My goal weight , weight wise is to finally break out of the 140’s once and for all. And into the 130’s. Oh yes I will also take pictures of what I eat when I can and post them here. more later tonight.

update

So today has been a good day. I did have some chips but only a small amount. I got a really really hot kind so that I would only eat a small amount. which has worked. Tomorrow is weigh in day. So I am not going to eat any more and drink a little bit more water.
