Day 154 Week 21 Ends 2/16 days of the summer challenge
Breakfast: 3/4 cup of skepical K vanilla Almond
1/2 cup cup skim milk
1 medium banana
Snack: Fiber 1 bar oats and peanut butter
granny smith green apple
30 grams of pizza mozzarella cheese
Lunch: Big Garden salad with Ranch Salad Spritzer dressing and 30 grams of mozzarella cheese
Tuna light mixed with 1 tbsp of mayo and some red onion
on 2 whole wheat bread
Snack: green granny smith apple
1 container ( snack size) of low fat cottage cheese by Nordica
Will update as the day goes on. I am going to post my weight in vidoe that I made this morning. Am very happy with the results. Look back for updates threw out the day Angie
