Day 155 and Day 156 Week 22

Day 155

Did really good yesterday. eating was right on. Even with coming home to home made apple crisp but I measured it out and included it into my calories and stayed with in range. Which is what it is all about any way. Did a great workout too I started to do the 30 day shred with Jillian and oh my god I started feeling it by the end of my shift at work yesterday especially in the top of my thighs. Ouch and in my arms. very pleased with how I did both Sunday and yesterday.

Day 156

Today has been awesome again no work out yet today but will do it tonight after the baby goes to bed. I have been tracking on daily plate for the last 10 days. both my fitness and my food and I got the badges for them both.I have also been making food log videos by taking pictures of all the food that I am eating and posting them on you tube. I will post them here tonight. So you can see them. Water intake is also getting better. I am in month three of no pop. I wish though that I could say the same about junk food. I will get there though I am determind to. Did day 2 of 30 day shred I hope this gets easier. My calves hurt a little tonight but I still kept going. I am doing another round tomorrow but in the morning as I work tomorrow after noon at 3:30 untill close so will be dead tired by the time I get home.

Today has been the most perfect day that I have had in a long time.
