Day 166
Didn’t eat all day until like 5 or 5:30 this afternoon. I then ate at Mcdonalds. I had a Quarter pounder with cheese and fries and a chocolate milk. I now just had a 1/4 cup of Almonds plain no salt. and a powerade. And this will be all till tomorrow. Then I will have a bowl of oatmeal with some just egg whites with a green tea. Did my day 4 of my cardio program I am following and did lots and lots and lots of walking today. we were out from just after 3 until 7:30pm and most of it done by walking. Alright gotta go put dishes on and do some cleaning. My son’s birthday party is on Sunday and I work tomorrow 12 - 6.
