Breakfast: 1 packet of maple brown sugar oatmeal  160

3.5 tbsp of just egg white  25

30 grams of skim mozzarella cheese  80

1 cup of green tea

1 bottle of water 19 oz

morning workout Day 5 of Easy Cardio workout

todays weight 142lbs

today will be a good day. This is a must if I want to see a good workout.

morning snack: 1/2 cup of vanilla yugort  50

1/4 cup of whole almonds 170

Lunch: will be at work

after noon snack:
